Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Motivinfo (motivinfo.io), operated by Marbin Fashion Private Limited, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing the order, provided it has not yet been shipped or the digital product has not yet been delivered. To cancel, contact us at motivinfo07@gmail.com or call +91 6200547209 with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped (for physical products) or a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns and Refunds — Physical Products

We accept return requests within 7 days of order for physical products (e.g., Goal Achiever Kit, Goal Achiever Journal), provided:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• You contact us at motivinfo07@gmail.com or +91 6200547209 to initiate the return.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will arrange/cover return shipping.

Refund process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Refunds — Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, once a digital product (e.g., ebook, downloadable journal/kit) has been delivered or accessed, it is generally non-refundable. Refund requests for digital products will only be considered if:

• The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our end, or
• The product is found to be significantly different from its description.

Such requests must be made within 7 days of order by emailing motivinfo07@gmail.com.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

5. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-7 business days after we initiate the refund).

6. Non-Returnable Items

Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed are non-returnable except as described in Section 3.
