Account & Associated Data Deletion Request

At Mi Labs (developed by Motivinfo), we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, this page outlines the procedures to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: In-App Instant Account Deletion (Recommended)

You can instantly delete your account and all associated data directly inside the Mi Labs app:

  1. Open the Mi Labs app on your Android device.
  2. Navigate to the You (Profile) tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down to the Account section and tap Account & privacy.
  4. Tap Delete Account in the confirmation dialog.
  5. Confirm your action. Your account, authentication credentials, and personal data will be permanently purged immediately.

Option 2: Web & Email Deletion Request

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, you can request manual deletion via email:

Please include the email address associated with your Mi Labs account. Manual deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.

Types of Data Deleted Upon Request

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently purged from our servers (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Cloud Storage):

  • Account Profile & Credentials: Your registered name, email address, and unique user ID.
  • Journal & Manifest Data: All 90-day journal entries, daily thoughts, affirmations, and goal statements.
  • Vision Board Media: All uploaded or saved vision board photos and customized tiles.
  • Reading & Activity History: Saved books, reading progress percentage, and bookmark data.
  • App Settings & Preferences: Custom theme settings and app configurations.

Types of Data Retained & Retention Period

We delete all personal user data upon account deletion. The following exceptions apply where legally required:

  • Financial & Purchase Records: In-app purchase or Google Play Billing receipts are retained for up to 90 days solely for tax, auditing, and financial compliance requirements as required by applicable laws.
  • Anonymized System Logs: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic crash reports may be retained in anonymized aggregate form to maintain app stability.
